HOW MIGHT WE ENHANCE OTTER.AI USABILITY?
card sorting
After researching, I synthesized information by doing affinity mapping and card
sorting. The research focused on why users use this app, diversification of services,
what needs to be improved, and what needs to be maintained. I found common pain
points and decided to focus on top3 to scope into redesigning.

what i learned
What I learned while working on this project is the importance of usability testing.
I researched many user experiences and found that people’s thoughts differ.
Understand the value of User-Centered Design is done through iteration work with usability testing.
